PALLIATIVE CARE

Primary palliative care can be provided free for those diagnosed with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition. The Palliative Care Programme provides up to 15 free in clinic or home visits to support end of life care for you and your family.  Please speak to your doctor about this service.
